As a security measure, you might want to check if there any core files modification in your website.
First, download core files for your Magento (exact same version with same set of patches applied).
Then:
n98-magerun mpmd:corehacks /tmp/vanilla-magento-with-same-patches /path/to/report.html
Citrus Stack servers already have n98-magerun plugin required to run the above command.
