Fleet FAQ

How do I manage my IPs?

After subscribing, log into the Client Portal with your subscription ID. You can add, remove, and label IPs up to your seat limit.

How quickly are new IPs activated?

New IPs are typically active within 2-3 minutes. The system automatically updates the access list.

Can I upgrade my Fleet plan later?

Yes! Contact support to upgrade to a higher tier. We'll prorate the difference.

What if I need fewer IPs than my plan includes?

You only pay for the plan, not per IP used. Unused seats can be added anytime during your subscription.

Can I use Fleet with AWS Auto Scaling?

Yes! Fleet plans are ideal for auto-scaling environments. Add server IPs via the Client Portal as instances launch, and remove them when they terminate. NGINX-MOD also includes a Dynamic Upstream API to add and remove backends at runtime without reloading NGINX, and Active Health Checks to automatically detect and route around failed instances.
