Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need?

GetPageSpeed Ultra covers up to 10 servers running your own organization's services. GetPageSpeed Fleet is for servers you administer for clients, or fleets larger than 10. Organizations with 250+ employees or $10M+ revenue, or anyone needing a contractual SLA and invoice/PO procurement, should contact us about Enterprise.

Is there anything free?

Yes. The Everpatch Kernel is free, and the PHP packages are free to install for personal, development and evaluation use. Commercial production use requires a subscription under the repository terms. You can install and test first, then subscribe.

What happens after I pay?

You get the setup steps straight away and by email. The Everpatch activation guide shows what to install, how to confirm it worked and how to cover your other servers.

Which server IP should I enter?

The public IPv4 address of your first server. Run curl https://www.getpagespeed.com/ip2.php on it to see the address. Your other covered servers are licensed with a token after checkout.

Is this a separate product from the GetPageSpeed repository?

No. Ultra and Fleet are the same plans sold on the repository subscription page and the Fleet page, at the same prices. They also include the repository on current distributions, so the subscription stays useful after you migrate.

Can I pay with PayPal?

This page takes cards and the other methods Stripe offers. For PayPal, use the Ultra plan on the repository subscription page.

I already have a subscription. Should I buy this?

Not before asking us. Contact us with your subscription ID and we will tell you whether it already covers your servers, or give you an upgrade link that replaces your current plan.
